Information about Registration
The conference Venue –EVER Caparica- is located in a little village near Lisbon (15 min by car), close to one of the most beautiful beaches from Portugal. To have included breakfast, lunch and dinner in your fees you must book your room in the Conference Venue, Hotel EVER Caparica. (single-room (room occupied by one person): 76.50 €, twin-room (room shared by two persons): 57.00 € (each person)).
Only registered participants are entitled to attend the scientific sessions of the conference.
Only registered participants and registered accompanying persons will be admitted to the social events of the symposium.
An official receipt/confirmation of booking will be issued to all attendees upon receipt of the payment. Please bring this confirmation with you to the conference.

* a copy of your student card or a letter signed by the head of department is required, and must be submitted with the registration.
** Fee for the first day is only 80€ and for the whole conference is 200€.
Cancellation of registration
Cancellations have to be made in writing only. In the case of cancellation before 31st of August 2014, 90% of the registration fee shall be refunded; thereafter no refund can be made.
Liability
The organizer is not liable for any losses, accidents or damages, irrespective of which cause. For participants and accompanying persons taking part in the symposium, the participation in the events are at their own risk.
Methods of payment
Payment of conference fees in Euros (€) must accompany all registration forms. No registration will be confirmed until payment is received. Payment can be made by bank transfer, Paypal or using a credit card.
Note: Bank transfer costs must be covered by the attendees.
Note: Payments made through Paypal must add €10 extra to cover Paypal transfer costs. This means that €200/€100/€80/€100 must pay €210/€110/€90/€110 through Paypal.
Please be sure that you have completed your hotel reservation in Hotel EVER Caparica. Your hotel reservation will not be made by the conference organization. See the Venue section for further details.
Bank transfer
Together with your confirmation email, a copy of the bank receipt should be sent by e-mail jlcapelom@gmail.com and vitor.mexia@gmail.com
Please note that bank transmission fees have to be paid by the transmitter.
